★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant, calm experience- I never thought I'd say that about a dental office. I was seen right away and my cleaning and exam were very thorough. The level of attention, cleanliness and modernity of the office is so impressive, I have decided to also get my implants done with Dr. Sim. I would highly recommend Dr. Sim Sood and her staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sim Sood is honestly the best dentist I've had! I've been for a few visits to her clinic and every time she does a great job. It's always a pain free experience and affordable compared to other dentists. I would strongly recommend her to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lucky to find Sim for my 6-year-old son, who had been very anxious to all dental treatments. My son was suggested to receive a general anesthesia for filling and extracting some bad teeth, estimated cost of 4000-5000NZD by a private dental clinic. What’s more, I was so worried about the risk of general anesthesia for such young kid. These all come to a happy solution when my son was finally referred to Sim. With cost of sedation only, my son’s teeth were all settled well. Even a back tooth supposed to be extracted was saved to work longer, hopefully until a new adult tooth pops. This encouraged me to revisit Sim for my own dental treatment, which again proves to be a remarkable experience with pain free, thoughtful advice as well as best results. Many thanks to Sim and her team ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trafalgar Dentist has been absolutely ? amazing/ professional. DR Sim has worked on me for the past 2 yrs and she had to have alot of patients with me.. I know love going to the dentist.. And now about 15 of my friends see her.. Two words... Amazing Dentist!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely hands down the best dentist! I have been seeing Sim for a while now for all my dental work after a friend recommended her to me. Her and her team are very friendly, professional and caring. Always making sure I’m feeling alright during treatments and explain all treatments in detail before starting any procedures. They definitely go above and beyond to look after me. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has a strong fear of needles and needed to have a tooth extracted under sedation. The team at Trafalgar Dental explained everything about the procedure in a straightforward way that was easy to understand. They were supportive of my son and were happy to answer my questions. The dentist got everything done with expert efficiency and in such a way that my son didn't have a chance to see the tools and get scared. The procedure was done in less than 10 mins after the sedation kicked in. My son is quite happy and showing off his tooth gap.

Everything she said was given in great detail and even when she was extracting my wisdom tooth she was very gentle as well as was always considerate about how I was feeling and would constantly make sure I am okay. Dr Sim is definitely my go to dentist now I even recommend her to my friends. Thanks Dr Sim for being great :)

I was seen quickly and was treated with kindness, understanding and patience. They have such a warm, friendly professional manner. Working the under pressure and restrictions during covid times and still smiling. They are amazing! Thank you Sim and the team.
