She patiently and apologetically explained the new requirements as although i have used this service at this location a couple of times a year all my details had been wiped from the system. Her amazing customer service saved and made the entire experience for me. Good luck finding more similarly gifted employees! Thank you Jane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for lunchtime today to pick up money, on a 30 minute parking metre on a ltd lunch break, to be greeted with a sign saying back in an hours time. Waited around and a queue had now formed. One person on....very very slow. Would not recommend and wont be coming here again. Took 3 hours to pick.up foreign exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have ever received. I went in at 12:30 on a Thursday for a simple conversion and I was met with the lady that blatantly ignored me. When I asked if the station was open she rudely stated she was on break and would be so for the next 20 mins. When I arrived 20 minutes later there was a sign that stated “will be back at 1:50.” Not only was she rude, she went out of her way to waste my time. If I could give 0 starts, I would have. I do not recommend going here, because you will just waste your time and be meet with horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being one of the few places in Christchurch people can exchange currency I thought it would have been more user-friendly. I waited in line to be told the teller was going on a 45 minute lunch break. There were 2 people behind the counter but apparently only 1 of them can actually exchange currency ? Luckily there is a proper currency exchange place further down Riccarton mall, it's called Lotus currency exchange, 2 people on the counter and much friendlier
