★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendy Mirrors is just hopeless and incompetent and I can hardly express how upset I am with them.
I made 1st contact on June 16 to get 2 simple rectangular splash backs installed for my kitchen.
I had a first appointment on the June 23 for the quote, then on July 2 for the template which really could have been done together but anyway.
On August 1, the installer came only to realise one of the notch for the tap was at the wrong place. I wonder what was the point of making a template and why wasn't it checked before coming to my house.
On August 8, a second template was done even though the first one was actually correct.
On August 22, the new splash back was supposed to be installed but got a call 10min after the appointment time to say it's not ready yet!
On August 29, the new splash back finally arrived and it was painted on the wrong side (!!!) and one notches wasn't deep enough.
So at that point, after 10 weeks and 7 appointments which for 3 of them I had to cut the water off and take my plumbing off the wall, I decided to cancel it all as I couldn't risk yet another appointment going wrong.
They apologised and had a lot of excuses for themselves about outsourcing some of the work but many issues could have been avoided if they had checked things properly and had been more professional.
I do not wish anyone to go through the same hassle and waste of time and advise to stay well away from them.

The service was great from the start to end - the sales person at the store was knowledgeable and helpful, delivery was on schedule, all queries were responded to promptly.
During follow up we realised that this business took customer service to a level above the norm - it was a truly customer focused business. ?
When the splashback arrived the shade wasn't right, which we didn't pick up till after the piece was installed.
I emailed the team explaining that we had missed picking up on the discrepancy when we took delivery but we're disappointed with the outcome.
Imagine my surprise when the owner responded to say he understood how we must feel and that Trendy Mirrors would arrange for a replacement and installation of the splashback free of cost.
There was no mucking around or back and forth. Just a simple acknowledgement of our concern and a solution.
Loved the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendy Mirrors provided splash backs and several large bathroom mirrors to our new home 2 years ago - great service and great staff!! They were so good our daughter just recently built her home and she used Trendy Mirrors for her spalsh back and mirrors as well.

The mirrors arrived much earlier than expected and they are beautiful and of very good quality. They were also packaged really well to avoid any damage in transit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to source something a bit different in a mirror.
