★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shame I have to chuck a one star. We've been supporting Trents well over a decade now and won't return until they change their management.
I'm angered by the way the staff said I could only take one box and have to leave the other behind because they were "short on boxes" haha funny how there's still a mountain of boxes. In the meantime, I'll take my business elsewhere. Remember guys, your cardboard boxes are worth more than customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are super slow (inefficient and toooooooooooo much chitchat) and very rude. Their “out of stock” situation and the wrong price tags are pretty normal. I come this store only because it’s a handy location for me. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because there are a couple of nice and hardworking staff working here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad has a business when lockdown first just had gone he went and got lots of masks gloves and other stuff no restrictions tags and the manager rudely came over and ripped half his stuff he needed and angrily said you can't have this much stuff
