β β β β β I have been to many ultrasound appointment here due to it being closest to my work. So far, I felt most of the sonographers there are quite rude. I guess only one of my experience with a sonographer was good amongst my several visits. I feel afraid of how I will be treated each time rather being excited to see my first born, which is dreadful. On one occasion one student sonographer bruised my tummy as she was frustrated as she could not get baby's heart pic right and she banged the machine twice on my tummy quite hard saying 'come on baby!' Unfortunately I have many more examples. Picture quality is not good too compared to other places. Not a good experience for a first time Mum

β β β β β Referall given to this company via WDHB. They asked if patient vaccinated. If not the patient with be treated differently to a vaccinated person. Any different treatment of a patient be it vaxed or unvaxed is discrimination under the Human Rights Act. I will be putting a complaint in with Human Rights for investigation

β β β β β We came to TRG as pregnancy ultrasound growth scan , because
of Auckland Radiology Group is not doing that during Level 3. Only my wife was allowed to walked in this time, fully understand! Receptionist was awsome,friendly, booking system was perfect. N95 mask was given when you walked in,body temperature recorded,all remarkable so far. HoweverοΌthe core work pregnancy ultrasound was extremely poor. $100 co payment was takenοΌnearly zero workoutοΌ no image printing out was given. Only email u with low quality imageοΌcannot see anythingοΌUltrasound staff was impatient. We want some nice baby Ultrasound images to show to our parernts all overseas but very dispointing. We decided to do another one somewhere else next week.

β β β β β Went for the 20 week ultrasound and had a very positive experience - everyone was friendly and welcoming, the sonographer was fantastic - very friendly and informative.

β β β β β My daughter went for an MRI today at Milford TRG. Wow the service we got was amazing everyone was so kind always checking in on my daughter all the way along and keeping me updated. So kind, recommend highly.

β β β β β I have had Xrays, CT scans and MRIs here. I have never had a bad experience. Admin staff, radiographers, radiologists all helpful and kind.

β β β β β Do not even bother booking an appointment here if you are pregnant and after a growth scan.
I am 39 weeks pregnant - had one sonographer take measurements saying baby was 36 weeks along and then another come in straight after and measure baby being 40+ weeks along. Then write in my report that baby was footlong breech when she clearly was not as both sonographers where taking baby's head measurents in/on my pelvic bone area.
Before, during and after the scan I could feel baby kicking my ribs.
They also wrote an incorrect due date.
Ended up getting a second opinion in hopistal the next day and the sonographer and doctors there confirmed baby is most definitely not breech.
The unnecessary stress this caused is absolutely unacceptable.
Incompetence or just not caring to do a thorough and accurate job.
