Carlie was wonderful, so helpful by collecting and returning our car as well as keeping us informed along the way - there is no where else I would ever service my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my car for two yrs with no problems at all. received a letter for recall inspection, took my car to them to inspect. 3hrs later, it was ready for pick up. it was cleaned and tire shined which i was quite happy about. But, when i drive the car the next day, i hear this weird noise coming from the transmission? which i swear it wasn't there before, so i called them the next week cos it was the weekend and they were closed, to ask if any parts were changed that might caused this noise to happen. the answer was nope, it was just a software update. and if i want to get it checked, it's gonna cost. so this whole recall campaign just seems like a scam. does it really take that long just to update a software and wash a car? also there is the possibility that they took apart some parts to check and didn't put it back properly which caused this. but they just won't admit it. for those who also got a recall letter, i think you should choose another dealer instead.

I am glad I found this branch much better than northshore as Tristram nortshore went downhill due to how busy they are.
I am very happy that I found this branch I don't mind the extra drive but piece of mind when giving the car and getting advised what is wrong with explanation.
I highly recommend Tim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the worst service dealer experience I’ve ever had, first contact was fine, booked the job in last minute for me but I could tell it was a push and I told them I’m just asking if you can’t do it I understand and will go somewhere else no problem.
From there it was just a mess. Charged me $706 to replace a sensor you can buy genuine for less than $100 and takes 5 mins to change with 2 screws. And it wasn’t even the problem! They misdiagnosed it and then the service manager lied to my face about the error codes saying it was different code the second time. He obviously wasn’t aware that I had it scanned before being it in the second time and it was exactly the same code.
It sat there for nearly a week on the yard doing nothing and then they told me it had blocked vacuum hoses.
Ended up taking it to another mechanic and within a few hours he’d found some air leaks in the main intake pipes, fixed the problem and the error code hasn’t come back since!
