Kirsty from finance made the numbers crunch and we struck a deal! all done. I was impressed by her willingness to make it work and her helpfullness during the process.
The sales team provided excellent service and I will go back to them when I trade it in, by far the best service I have received from a dealership. Thanks Team

β β β β β I've changed window blades there less than a year ago, most of 2020 I worked from home and my car was parked,last week I noticed the window blades are worse than before in the rain. I paid $100 for this service and did not expect them to damage in less than a year! When I called them they said due to hot air the blades can damage even for a parked car, BUT Auckland is not that hot to damage the window blades!

β β β β β I booked a service through their online chat, this was not processed. I booked a service face to face, then they cancelled and said they'll call back to reschedule. Guess what?, they never called back. I got my car served somewhere else.

β β β β β These people are offering finance for 1% but don't get to exited and make any plans because behind this is a huge challenge and lies from Nissan Finance ! ! ! ------ We both have a job, income and a house plus saved up money so they declined us after they were digging around deeply in our Bank accounts and they probably noticed that we could buy the new truck with cash easily so they tried to offer a better deal to make it for them easy to get our saved up money instead of giving us the 1% finance deal as they advertising (we call this a rip off) Don't trust these guys ever . Do your home work before you walk in their shop. Very disappointed and we will never buy a Nissan Navara ever, they ruined our trip our plan and our holiday ... :(

β β β β β West Nissan again with ripping off customers first I ordered brand new front tyres through them for my truck they somehow thought I wouldnβt spot the second hand tyres which I had complained about and because they got caught they insisted I bring my truck back in to install new ones which should have been done in the first place secondly was the booking of my vehicle for service not only did I book for 10:00am but ended up getting my vehicle back at 17:00 pm along with no service done for the requests I made specifically the changing of my brakes which was not done given the fact that they had my vehicle for 7 hours. I would rather get my vehicle fully serviced elsewhere where they donβt rip people off and carry out half done jobs nor the requests of customers. Do better Nissan !!

β β β β β Enquired about a leaf and any manufacturers warranty. Advised has the outstanding left so about till 2026. Drive 60km to view and test drive. Identified that it was an import (Japanese buttons). Surprise, surprise no warranty. Totally wasted my time and let's be honest you knew it was an import when I originally asked.. this was clearly not an honest mistake by the way you handled it.
