As a result, developing a professional and supportive relationship with your hearing professional becomes vital in supporting you to assess and restore any hearing loss. It is a stressful experience to learn exact details of your hearing loss and the verdict of restoring your hearing by the fitting of hearing aids to be worn for life.
Having a professional audiologist such as Jeremy Rosser supporting you through such an experience made such a huge difference for me, both in providing comfort with his vast knowledge and his ‘will support you in any way’ attitude. During my recent experience, nothing was too difficult for him, and he was honest about technical questions he could not answer pertaining to hearing aid equipment and technology, but he never failed to follow up and provide crucial informed information, on time, each time.
Jeremy Rosser is a true professional and has a wonderful and kind manner with clients and their whanau. I cannot thank him enough for his support in making the necessary changes to restore my hearing loss.
I wish to bring this to the attention of Triton Hearing’s leadership team and thank you all for looking after your staff so we as the public in need can have comfort, especially in times of experiencing a hearing loss.
