★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bizarre and disappointing...initially a good experience and we specifically chose to buy from this company due to the sales person. However when it came to the installation we were severely let down. Strangely they took a 50% deposit arranged a date to install but failed to inform us that they were not making a crucial part , the chimney lid. It was my husband who picked this up not sure what they intended to do on the day. When we raised this issue they explained they would normally make it but couldn’t on this occasion and neither could they suggest where else we could get this part made. Not very helpful. They did return the deposit but now we are left high and dry looking for an installer. Thanks! Shame cause they started well not sure what’s going on for this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service. I thought we needed a new wood burner and Amanda Visser, sales manager, came out to measure the fireplace. She identified the existing log burner and the parts needed to make it fully efficient. They had a couple of issues with model changes which meant their initial assessment was slightly off but a fortnight later it was all sorted. Saved me thousands relative to a new burner which Amanda could easily have sold me.
Recommend them unreservedly on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from start to finish! Amanda was very helpful, coming for a site visit and presenting us with several options suitable for our home size. The whole process was very transparent and we knew what we were up to, including understanding the cost of potential extras discovered at the time of the installation (there were no extras charged at the end). Installation was smooth and installers were very experienced. Even after final payment was made there was a follow up to make sure we are all happy with it. We are! ?
