I have predominantly been dealing with Marina during my tenure and I must say it has been an absolute pleasure...my dealings with Marina have been very professional and ALWAYS in a kind, caring and timely manner. She has at times gone 'above and beyond' to allay my fears regarding repairs, increases etc....thank you Marina for the past 5 years and I hope we can re-unite in the not too distant future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rentworks are a blessing! I have recently ended a 2 year tenancy with Rentworks. I felt very well looked after as a tenant, I dealt primarily with, Marina, She was efficent, great communicator, understanding and at times very empathetic! They are hands down by far the best property managers I have personally dealt with. I would happily rent through them again and highly reccomend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent tenancy service. We were with Rentworks for more than 3 years. We were dealt by property managers Brent and Marina. They are amazing people who used to solve our property issues immediately after receiving any complaints. Marina used to replay to my emails almost immediately and used to come with an appropriate solution for my issues.
I would say Thank you Rentworks with a great smile.

Any issues have been dealt with in a very efficient manner. Thank you Marina it has certainly made things so much easier for us having a great property management team looking after us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've rented a property in Burnside through RentWorks for the past year, and we've only had to leave because we've bought our first home (otherwise, we could foresee staying there for longer because we've only had good experiences there!). The rental property itself is amazing. We've got to give special mention to Marina who was very nice to us and humble - a quality which is definitely rare amongst property managers these days. Communication from her was prompt and efficient, and they were also quick to attend to small issues/defects which we have raised. Can highly recommend this company.
