A great car, excellent no fuss service as THM took care of all the paperwork. I'd definitely buy our next car from Troy Howard Motors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing business with Troy Howard Motors is really fantastic, I applied for a finance vehicle and the transaction is really smooth it only took me 3 hours and drove off the vehicle I purchased the same day. Troy and his staff really did a good job on sorting all the paperworks and doing a magnifocent job on tidying up the vehicle for me. Really happy and satisifed on my purchase. I highly recommend Troy Howard Motors, they really look after and value their customers pretty well. Price wise it's really low compared to the other car dealers.

There was no pressure or pushing us to one particular vehicle (we were deciding between two), and the honesty was really appreciated. Also gave a very fair price for our trade in, and made the whole experience a positive one. We couldn't ask for better service, and the vehicle we chose is really great. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Troy, the first being 10 years ago, which we jointly selected and imported from Japan.
I had particularly wanted a 2-door RAV4. The one we bought served me very well over the 10 years I owned it.
I bought my new (to me) replacement car from Troy a couple of weeks ago, after starting what I intended to be an open-end exploration to find a suitable replacement. There was no pressing need to replace the RAV, other than "it was probably time".
As happened 10 years ago, we discussed the style of vehicle that would suit me ("as close as possible to the RAV it was to replace"), and he undertook to see what he could find. He did however, also suggest I consider a (4-door) vehicle that I would never have otherwise thought to look at. On my return two or three days later to discuss various 2-door vehicles that could be found around the country, he asked if I had given any thought to his alternative idea. I had (having sat in one on some-one else's yard), and had decided that it could possibly suit me. Three hours later he had got a very fine example of the vehicle brought into the yard. While my wife and I took it for a run, he evaluated my RAV as a trade-in. One hour later, we had agreed terms and were filling out the paperwork.
I have given the narrative above to illustrate why, that when another 10 years have passed and I wish to buy again, I will go back to him for a third time.
Why is this so? He stocks - or can find - very good quality vehicles. He listens well, and having been trading under his own name for more than 20 years, is very knowledgeable. The combination of these three characteristics means that he is able to proffer ideas that best suit the buyer's real needs.
He is patient and thorough, with an exceptional attention to detail. Any undertakings he makes in terms of follow-up etc. are scrupulously adhered to.
Above all else, however - he is honest. And a genuinely nice guy to boot.
So when the next time comes to replace either my wife's car or my own, we will go first to Troy Howard Motors.
