★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 days waiting and no connection. Like the comment below this is the problem with monopoly, Ultrafast don't care about providing good service. I wish I'd have somewhere else to go but seems that all fiber providers use Ultrafast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for ultra fast fiber back in October 2020 we are now in January 2021, we still have no internet or even better I have no idea what's going on. I would not recommend ultra fast fiber terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 3 weeks and no internet connection truly a waste of time no one has turned up to check and i have only gotten an email saying someone will be around in the next few days I'm not gonna hold my breath I thought I would give a local company a try but the service is tragic I'll stick to mainstream companies from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company we have been without any internet for 2 months now they keep changing the dates they are coming not showing up at all lying saying there was flooding even though it had been sunny all week so they couldn't do the work on the one day they finally showed up then left half way done their customer service is trash no one knows what they are doing we should have just changed companies from the start

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well here we go, Tuatahi must be as bad as others have let believe. There is no urgency to service customers even when the connection will keep food on the table. I depend on the internet for a living and have a 4G router which has 1 bar for service. Is this really the way they treat there customers. We pay their salaries through a service charge and they do not care that their service is so poor. Tuatahi you should be ashamed. I will now go social media to warn people of a No service company who believe they have the right to hold their client at ransom.
