★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the experience for spark broadband is realy realy realy bad. Due to close my account by spark' s mistake, all the service agents just push my case to others, for such a simple issue, hanged on for 5days until now no one can solve the problem .that' s realy realy bad service.

My bluetooth headset I thought was not working. After a frustrating experience at the base i went here, and they showed me what was happening and sorted it, but the base was not very interested in the problem. Good on you once again Chartwell spark, specially the lady Gel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have improved greatly I go and pay my bill used to have to wait an hour to be served for a 1 minute job now they seem to have a better system never have to wait long how it has improved and no I don't pay online I enjoy paying at Chartwell and shopping at the same time
