★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person i was speaking to knew his stuff, i wanted a tablet the could act as a mobile as well as a tablet, we went thru all the pros and cons on different devices as i was buying a tablet so that my eldery mum could use it. But was also able to pay my spark account at thr same time. Top bloke i was dealing with easy to understand. With a decent sense of humour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into this store to try get my phone data issues sorted as my husband and i just upgraded our phones and changed over to spark from 2degrees. We are not able to use our data at our home as it is in a poor reception area even though we live in town, this is frustrating as they should have known that before they sold us the phones. I spoke to a man in the store about the issue and he was rude and wouldn't even look at me and kept looking at the computer screen even though I hadn't given him any of my information so he shouldn't have been looking at the computer. His only solution was that I pay over $3000 to pay our phones off then we can change to a different provider. As the issue isn't our fault I can't understand why that is the only solution they can offer. Spark still hasn't resolved this issue so we are still paying for a service we are not getting.
