★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly ? not a good experience looked grotty on the outside, same on inside, shower was not clean & towels were so thin you could see thru them & they were stained. A little bit of attention goes a long way.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great stay. Not only is this place close by to a lot of eateries, the gardens and the lake, but the rooms themselves were great. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfy, kitchen and bathroom clean and stocked with more than enough towels. Enough shows for kids on TV if you're travelling with children. The staff at the front desk were sweet and helpful. Would definitely come back to stay again the next time I'm in Hamilton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent one night here we will definitely come back again as we love the location we came to a funeral. our room clean and very tidy. The only problem is the car park I would recommend if they can number the car park according to the room number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice ppl run the motel..basic unites..found the bed rather hard and lumpy..its cheap accommodation close to the hospital supermarket clubs and pubs..ppl who run it are accommodating..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy to Hamilton City Centre and Waikato Hospital. Very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and obliging, very conscious about Covid hygiene rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit dated but comfortable few things that need sorting tap was leaking and found a few bugs on carpet also fridge has to be turned down to use which i personally found odd. Wld stay again IF these things were changed nd fixed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet friendly, great location. Easy booking and rooms were tidy and clean. Shower was amazing. Had a little kitchenette with microwave, stove top and appliances.
Would definitely recommend and will be back.
Car was right outside our unit.
