★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible horrible. Don't even think of going to this place. The reviews here are probably old. Bedbugs everywhere. Shabby place, not suitable for decent people.
The owners have probably changed and the caretaker was not the most welcoming person.

We looked Forty Winks up as we drove into Hamilton, and they quickly and easily set us up for the night. We had a lovely stay for a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I have moved in here it honestly has been awesome!!
From the start the (Owner) Fraser had shown me around the complex (loved it!! clean, tidy & the actual room that I was to move into still had a few repairs, which some has been done & some hasn't due to weather.
I truly Thank Fraser / Wife & Daughter for all the effort in getting repairs done. Shows respect!!
Fraser was also honest in saying that the complex was drug free but alcohol was allowed to be on premises As long as it was done moderately & remember that there are other tenants on site.
I had asked Fraser if I could hold a get together because it was a reunion, I had my oldest daughter, partner & grandson there was a dinner & drinks. Fraser had replied to inform other tenants & if it wasn't a problem, I could hold that function also going by the rule that visiting closes down at 10.30pm, but I had to stretch that till the league was finished & my daughters, daughter in-law, son were watching/screaming at the TV with one of the other tenants.
Everything closed down after that, clean & tidy, and no dramas.
Thankful to Fraser for that.
Tenants at complex are tidy/clean.
There are working tenants with day shift, night shift work, which respect should be given so they can rest. Each tenant has respect to Fraser & to each one in here. Everyone has issues in life, everyone has story/s to tell, each one has different up bringings but All honestly that's what Fraser/Family has shown myself & my family & I know other tenants here as well.
So grateful to call this place home because that's what it truly feels like!!
