★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff did not approach dispite having funds amd a 20k trade in vehicle ?. I don't think that they like anyone even remotely darker than Pakeha.... I will return and update if this changes very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the a unpleasant experience dealing with Turner Porirua. Car broke down just a few months after purchasing, when contacted turners they had no interest in upholding their legal obligations and tried to wiggle out of it. Extremely poor management from Neil in fact I would say no management as I was not contacted once by him instead it was me reaching out. When taken to higher management the same thing, pushing blame on me consistently. I recommend going to a real dealership where they have your best interest in their hearts. Would give 0 stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with Hunter, to purchase a car, negotiated the price, invoice was sent through to confirm the sale to which Turners had not changed the sale price as a agreed, responded to have the invoice rectified, also had a text from Hunter confirming this at 4:17pm .Then i received a phone call from Hunter at 5:15 to say the car had been sold to another client 1/2 an hour ago. When challenged about it Hunter was arrogant about the whole thing. I then asked to speak to the manager Julian who said he would get back in touch and after 3 messages still no response. These guys have no idea about customer service. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 1.5 hour return trip to arrive there and get told I actually couldn’t sell the car through them. Something they told me immediately and could have looked up before I came and let me know. The guy was also just quite rude and sassy. All round bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked car for quote. Left waiting for 15 minutes with no explanation as to what delay was. Seemed very disorganised but reception staff were lovely. Manager, when he finally arrived did not introduce himself and presented himself as uninterested and quite rude as soon as he discovered I was not necessarily selling same day. Said he would contact me in next couple of hours with quote. Still waiting..... fell very short of expectations based on TV adverts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all costs, Its a roll of the dice whether you get a lemon or not. The vehicle they sold us wasn't roadworthy we found out after purchasing it, it also had multiple major faults with the engine. If your that unlucky person that also gets a lemon prepare to be ignored and lose alot of money out of your pocket even if the vehicle is returned with there 5 day returns policy... oh and that refund wont come fast...its lots of fun. You might like to email their feedback email address for an insight to what happened which you can... but never fear they wont disappoint and will also completely ignore you. Bunch of crooks....AVOID!!
