★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Before I bought my car from Waikato Honda - with a previous car at other places, I was often waiting sometimes for an entire day, and others who came in off the street were prioritised just to get business in. Honda, however, has an organised reminder and booking system. I know how long it will take and that I can sit and work with the wi-fi while waiting in a comfortable area AND I can trust the repairs made to be needed and that my car safe on the road. I travel extensively for work and the safety is really important to me. The staff are personable, polite and organised, too. It has literally been a relief to find Waikato Honda."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointing. Provided me with a courtesy car full of smoke smell. My kids were coughing the whole time and could not breath. When I mentioned this issue to the reception, she said that she could not smell anything, but then later on she said that other customers also complained the same thing. If you know other customer complained about this issue, why lend this car to me. Also, I gave my phone number when I filled-in the form for wof and service. Why called my wife when she has no clue what's going on. At the end, the car that I left overnight in their store didnt pass wof and have to make another appointment.
