★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So had car in for auction over a month no sale. Took it back to sell myself at 9am this morning sold tonight at 7pm with 30 interested parties messaging me today. Good luck if you take your car in to sell at Turner's
Sales rep was rude, the only reason for 1 star is for the branch manager who was ok in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with an appointment booked a day prior to view a vehicle, the staff had said that the will have the vehicle ready when I arrive in the confirmation message. Unfortunately, the reality is that they couldn't find the vehicle for the whole duration of my appointment, the whole place seemed a bit chaotic, couldn't really handle multiple groups of customers at one time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to ask about selling my car and a guy looks short guy I asked I wanna get quote on how much selling my car tells me to go out and bring the car here and I told him it’s a brand new car pretty much it only done 10 thousand ks and he keeps walking out how rude is he and outside asks me are you sure it’s your car this is rude too offcourse it’s my car that Iam coming for to sell very bad customer service and never coming in to ask these guys because that’s not helpful at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am moving overseas and was looking to sell my car at Turners. on 16/03/2022, they offered $4800 for my car, quoting the noisy bearings as needing replacement. I waited two weeks (driving about 50 kms extra during that time) until 31/03/2022 right before my move overseas. They reduced their offer by 20%, quoting a completely different set of faults - air conditioning fluid (not correct, it's fine) and potential hybrid battery issues (had replaced this with a brand new battery 3 years ago). They also did not mention the bearings as a fault this time.
My impression is that the Turners service agent is inconsistent, incompetent and appears to be attempting to scam me. Extremely disappointed that I now need to scramble to find another buyer with little time remaining in the country.
Edit: I sold the car a week later for $4800 on TradeMe and after the deal was made, someone immediately offered $5k for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Terrible service...2 people walked out within minutes of each other due to the poor customer service. Really hard to deal with and clarify points with them. I canceled purchasing a car through that branch because it was so difficult to communicate with them. The price they were wanting to charge for an older model mini could have purchased me a Mercedes SLK!!!

The second I hopped out of my car, I was welcomed by a friendly team member in the yard who led me to one of the salesman. Bobby checked my car thoroughly and gave me a quote on the spot, as well as helpful suggestions. Thank you to the friendly Westgate team!
