★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bald man at reception was rude and completely unprofessional. Initially, I was patient as I thought there was a language barrier. Unfortunately, he just turned out to be an unhappy person looking to make the rest of the world just as miserable. Definitely not someone I would want at reception. The other gentleman at reception was great though.
