★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have been using megatel for about 5-7 years with both landline service and internet services. Through out the time we have experienced multiple unplanned internet outage and decrease in internet speed. You can not get compensated for any issues through customer service provided by megatel. If you are planning to change your broadband to megatel, please think again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with my servive from Min Jung. She was very patient and helped me a lot. I gave her wrong information twice but she solved problems quickly and nicely. Also I didnt know exactly what I want to change the mobile plan. She recommended very reasonable price of mobile plan for me. That was a great service she gave. Thanks so much Min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too long a wait for an assistant. Very pleasant and helpful. Explained everything and followed through promptly with actions. Problem sorted inside 20 minutes. He also took the opportunity to check that I understood my new connection fully.

Had broadband connection issue 2 times for last one month.
First time it took 5days to resolve the problem. No compensation data support while they fixing the problem even my husband is with their mobile plans. Had to pay extra with my own cost for my mobile data use. Because it took too long to fix the problem. Wanted to cancel the plan so asked staff for termination procedure and cost advice, the staff said it will be fixed so don't worry instead of giving me the answer.
Second time had an issue, I left a comment on FB as I saw Megatel ad on FB, they deleted my comment as my comment is not positive yet honest.
I feel they only worry about bad reviews on public post, but don't really care about actual good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service I received. I was told that my new connection is good to go on 01/12/21 but I had no internet for almost 2 days due to Megatel never requested my previous connection to be transferred on time. I had to call Megatel help line multiple times and every time I was told that someone from technical fault team will give me a call to sort it out. Unfortunately No one did call me and in the end I had call Enable fiber my self and get it sorted in 30 mins. It was very stressful experience specially when you have young children without internet for 2 days.

The operator said she will call me back but still waiting.
It is really a ridiculous service;
