★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual mechanical service seemed to be fine and reasonably priced. Customer service needs a bit of work. Tara likes to leave paying customers standing there right in front of her, waiting for her to finish long conversations with people who pop in for non work related reasons.
Our van had a broken thermostat. We were passing through but unfortunately the car broke on the Friday afternoon so we couldn't get it looked at until the Monday morning. Since we're living out of it whilst travelling, we couldn't do much but wait, which they were aware of. The part was ordered in and the blokes fixed it as soon as they could at a reasonable price. But the receptionists didn't bother calling us to let us know that it had been fixed so we waited around town all day until we decided to call them ourselves, so that was a bit disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary and Leoni were unbelievably helpful in getting us back on the road as quickly as possible when a belt blew in our camper van rental. They acted as a very patient go-between between us and our rental company as we waited for a part to arrive from Christchurch. Very knowledgeable and friendly service as well. Thank you so much for your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the worst experience in NZ! If you want to lose money and have nothing properly fixed, they have you covered! You will not only wait ridiculous amount of time, you will also be provided with poor service and in the end your car will be in a worse condition than in the start. I was convinced by them that because of the job done by someone else they couldn't do the wheel alignment properly, had to pay for it anyway. VTNZ and other garage said it was all correct but in a result I had to throw away almost new tires after only few months.

Ladies at front desk were very nice and very helpful, and Chris fixed our campervan windows in less than an hour...He even put insulation on the temporary repair as we told him our last night with the broken windows had been very cold...what a service! Our holidays can continue thanks to you all!

We were stranded with a flat battery in my new hybrid car, at the canals and not only did Graeme come out and get us started again, he went over and above. He went back to the office, researched how my hybrid vehicle works and the battery situation, then called me about an hour later, to ensure we were tripping along okay and to give me some tips all of this. Very very impressed, well done Graeme.

Car broke down in the Linda's Pass at the start of December with prompt service to tow it to Twizel, thank you for this.
Unfortunately this is were the service stopped. After many phone calls to see how progress was going I only ever got a 'I'll call you back' - 'I'm new here' - 'I've had a few phone calls today's'. Either way with no communication back you from I pick up my car myself. I retrieved my car still with little idea what is wrong with on the 5th February. Thank you for charging me just under $700 and I don't really care if you have had 60 aa calls. That's one a day.
I was aware that over Christmas/ New Year you would be busy with boats etc so I was even a little forgiving for this.
Thank you to the gentleman who helped me load the trailer, to the ladies in the office - I'm beyond words and you have tested my patience no end. You should also note my spelling because you didn't even get that right on the invoice.
Unless you are an aa member I would not recommend at all.
