Depending on the age and fuel type of your vehicle can make a big difference.
If the vehicle is more than four years old and is petrol, then a regular service every 6 months or 10,000kms whichever comes first is the recommendation.
A regular service includes an engine oil change and filter every time. Other fluids (transmission, cooling system and brake fluid) should be checked and replaced depending on condition.
Most of the new vehicle distributors are currently extending their petrol servicing out to 12 months / 15,000kms.

He explained everything I didn't understand and explained how I could actually do most of it myself. He saved me over 200 dollars. In the end didn't need any services from here. So despite it meant he wasn't getting paid he took the time to help me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing! They saved me thousands. I brought my vehicle to them which had already been diagnosed, and quoted for, a blown head gasket. It took them less than 5 minutes to tell me my head gasket was fine and my oil was just blocked. They could have charged me for a head gasket. They knew I was prepared to pay it. Instead they were honest and I couldn't be more grateful. I'll definitely be returning to them if I ever need repairs and I'd recommend them to anyone. They really are amazing. Well priced, flexible and my new lifetime auto repair place.
