★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service was excellent but the quality of the hair straightening was not good. Fourth day today since I had my treatment but the front both side of my hair was wavy and not straight which is what I was paid for. I'm very careful not putting my hair behind my ears and even when I slept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Grabone for hair pamper pack. Firstly the price was really affordable but it was thier customer service that really set them apart. They were so tentative and patient, never rushed my hair. I love my cut and colour. Was able to give me the dark grey no other salon was able to do. 5 stars. Will be coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a voucher off Grab one. For a wash and cut and hair treatment. That was all I was wanting as my hair was due for a trim and also some treatment as it was dry at the ends. When I showed up I was welcomed by a few of the staff. I had a female who did my hair & I didn't get her name but she was amazing! I wish I got her name because I couldn't recommend her even more. She was very thorough in everything she did. The shampoo & Conditioner wash was amazing and the head massage was relaxing. She was telling me everything she was doing and letting me know what each product did which was awesome to know. I even got a blanket to cover me as I layed down to wash my hair. I loved all the details and the hair studio is beautiful! The treatment that was put in my hair has done wonders. My hair use to be very notty, and after my shower and brushing through my hair I couldn't believe it but my hair had no nots and is feeling super healthy which is exactly what I wanted. Overall I had an amazing experience & would come back again.

These very attentive staff members will takecare of you even if the treatment or the style will demand few hours. I definitely recommend this salon for all your hair care needs specially style hair cuts.

It was literally 3 hrs of non stop, top notch hair treatment, with AMAZING result! The patience and attentiveness of the stylist were exceptional. The place was clean and the ambience was trendy and relaxing. A true 5 star treat to myself.

The process itself was smooth and Jin and the team did a flawless job .Their professionalism and care towards customers, ensuring they are comfortable is impeccable .From the second I walked into the door I felt a valued customer. Definitely my go to from now on, I highly recommend U Hair studio!! .
