★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum and I have been going to Ezaira for about 7 years now and she’s never once disappointed us. I’ve always left her salon happy and impressed. Also she’s very reasonable. Not forgetting Shakina and the other girls for their warm welcome each time we go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t get the results she promised at the beginning and once she saw I am not happy she asked me to pay the cost straight away while I was in the middle of process and my hair hadn’t been done completely. I got so shocked but I paid the money.
And once I paid after washing my hair she said it’s finished and even she didn’t blow my hair. Which is normally part of a hair colour process. After I complained she accepted to blow my hair before I leave and when I asked for the reason about the payment in the middle she said I thought you won’t pay at the end as you didn’t like your hair color. I am not happy with this manner ever.
Not an appropriate manner with customer.
I went for bleach back to back to blend my hair growth with the rest. There is no difference at the end, I just lost a lot of hair in bleach processing.
I saw another girl was not happy with her hair color today while she was doing my hair, she mentioned her this is the best she could do.
All in all, however it seems the price is good, but the quality of the product she uses are so poor as I felt a lot of hurting on my hair and damage afterwards. Also the result is not what she promises at the beginning and what you expected, and she finally says this is my best.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for highlights and for them to be not too close so it grows out nicely. The awful woman dyed my hair a greenish brown and laughed about it. Went in with blonde hair and left with the ugliest colour I’ve ever seen when I wanted highlights. The hair dresser that fixed my hair couldn’t believe how ugly the brown was either. Considering my natural colour is slightly ginger underneath the blonde, I don’t understand how she thought green would be more natural. I also didn’t ask for that. Awful in how she deals with issues and thought it was funny that she ruined my hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to loved this place, but today I don't recommend this place. She's getting busy and busy, she doesn't know how to manage her time. I booked for 10am she start doing my after 11am and she finished after 3pm with bad result. I was so upset, she told that she can fix my hair. I told her I can't stay for another hours. I've been on her salon for 5hrs already ?...
So I booked for today to get my hair fix. Booked for 12pm i waited for 1hr and she start doing my hair and again not happy with the result.
I think she need a time management program so she do well... instead of taking all in one she end ruin all of them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get my foils done for my ball that was that night. Booked appointment for 11am got there 10 minutes before walked in to about 6 other people sitting there waiting with foils in there hair etc and another 3 in the chairs. Was told it was going to be another hours wait (seemed to us it was going to be way longer than that) so we decided to leave and couldn’t wait that long because I had my make up a few hours later and didn’t want to be rushed etc. a family member then called to complain and was told (along the lines of) “a appointment isn’t always guaranteed” which fair if it was like 20 minutes running behind all good but not 1 hour with 10 other people in this tiny garage. A call before I drove all the way to Flatbush would’ve been nice and appreciated and now I am back at my house having to do my own hair for my ball. The owner needs to learn some time management and not over book herself by having 3 hairdressers and 10 clients all at 11 in the morning. Was really disappointed and definitely won’t be going back and glad I didn’t end up getting my hair done
