Have just bought a new iPad and was fortunate to get Malcolm Mc.
He helped me transfer the data from my old iPad and very patiently answered all my tech phobic old lady questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my iphone 11 pro max with battery issues, the front desk lady was very helpful and nice but when we got the technician report they deemed the product not repairable and they told us that we had to dispose the phone. Went to a different apple authourised dealer and we were shocked to find our phone was still under warrenty and phone was able to be replcaed with a new one. I would not recommend going here with apple products.

The service is second to none they replaced my wife’s MacBook Air with a new logic board as a factory Apple store would, and were the only store in the country to have higher spec MacBook pros in-stock. This is New Zealand’s best Apple service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my MacBook Pro that has battery issues (only last about an hour) to Ubertech
They charged me $90 for diagnostic, and told me that my battery is fine. I ask them how much would it cost to replace the battery and they refused to provide me a quote
End up doing video recording to showcase the problem, will ask for refund let’s see how it will end
I would suggest using other providers, incompetent and unhelpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 40 minutes to my scheduled apple technician appointment. Was CONFIRMED by apple that my repairs were covered under a recall program. Young man at the desk said that it’s not covered and would be around $1800 to fix as the warranty was out “4 months ago”. I left very angry and upset after the long drive, phoned apple again after this asking what was going on, Apple said they have no idea why I was refused as the device was still under warranty and absolutely would be covered under the recall.
I am an avid Apple product user and have each device - but will never purchase from here.

Even though I booked an iPhone replacement 2 days in advance, when I got there, they didn't have the battery and had to come back the following week. I would have been annoyed, having come from the other side of the city for nothing, but the customer service rep, Eva, was very helpful and all around amazing. When I came back the following week, they replaced the battery within half an hour. Thanks Eva & the team.
