Highly recommend, professional, skilled, prompt and reliable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible service so Impressed with them, definitely the best place I have ever been to for a phone repair! Even in level 4, they couriered my phone from my house/back to my house within an hour of making my initial enquiry, were honest about the pricing from the beginning rather than doing the whole 'pay $45 for a diagnosis' like many of their competitors, and they even offered me a free loan phone while I waited for it to be repaired. Very easy to deal with & very efficient, could not recommend more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service . I had trouble being locked out of my iPad and Hamish sussed it in no time flat . With all due respect dealing with some of the most difficult and and intransigent IT people in my career , Hamish was a breath of fresh air . Helpful and responsive solving my problem . I will recommend all my ex students and staff for repairs and maintenance on mac. Also easy parking on Parnell Rd and bus stop outside for those without cars .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose this firm based on their excellent Google reviews. Got a quote to repair my phone of $366 incl. Sent them my phone and was then quoted $422 as "costs had gone up". I reminded them of their terms, which were that they would honour their quotes for seven days. They then elected not to do the repair and posted my phone back. Not a great way to do business. I was able to get the phone repaired elsewhere for $375, but I lost the courier fee and nearly two weeks. I'm happy others have had good luck with this firm but I felt let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give this place 0 stars but I can't. Had such a poor experience at this store. Initially, I was told that it would take an hour or so to assess my broken phone but after 4 hours didn't hear back and had to call them. They said they didn't know yet what was the problem and to wait. A day later and 48 hours since I went in, still no call from them. So I called them and apparently the person dealing with my phone wasn't in for the day due to reasons. I was told to then wait to hear back after the weekend. The weekend passes, still no call and its been 3 working days since I gave them my phone. Pretty upset so I just went to pick up my phone again. All I did was waste my time here and get no feedback on my broken phone. A one hour assessment turned out to be 5 days of waiting for no results. Please go somewhere else if your phone is broken.
