β β β β β Took a Nokia 7 Plus in to have the screen repaired, partner was quote $229 over the phone but when went in was quoted $269, the quote over the phone was accepted. Was told when it would be completed, phoned in and given another completion date, that was moved back as well, and then I think one more time this happened, the communication just wasn't there you either don't hear anything or when you show up told a different time, please address this as it doesn't look good. Also when you phone it it's just a normal mobile number so you have the ability to leave voice messages, these in my experience never get returned. So when I eventually got the mobile back there was a spot on the screen I then queried this and told that it must be the frame of the mobile that is bent, but this is the thing I had to find this out for myself, when the repair is completed it must be tested and the customer informed of the problem before giving the device back to the customer, so I was given the option to replace the frame free of charge but given the long wait time and poor communication I decided against pursing this. So key things for the owner, please improve communication, if you give a customer a date to completion stick to it, if you can't say you will call when it's ready. When giving out quotes stick to them don't change on the spot as it looks like you are trying to get more money based on the customer and lastly inform the customer when there is a problem before they come to collect.

β β β β β I had to tell him if he didn't refund my money after months of wasting my time I will take him to small claims court, he paid up in full the same day. Very Bad. Dont go here.

β β β β β I purchased a phone for my daughter from Sam via Facebook. The phone turned up a couple days later and at first glance looked like it was in good condition. After checking it over, I noticed an intermittent fault with the battery, the front camera didn't work and the phone would turn off randomly. I sent the phone back for repair. 2 months later, I finally got the phone back, checked it over and it seemed all good, except 1 screw was missing. So I gave it to my daughter. After about a month, the phone started playing up again, turned off and wouldn't turn on. I sent the phone back again and told Sam I didn't want to wait 2 months for it to be returned again. He said it would be done quickly, but it's been over a month and still no phone. Apparently there's a motherboard issue, he's been trying to repair it but no communication, I have to call him everyday to get an update. He keeps saying he'll call me but never does. I've been pretty patient up till now, with Christmas coming I hope to get a working phone or a refund BEFORE Christmas.

β β β β β Phone was received after replacing charging port but phone at the top near camera is scratched and the ear piece has been broken with the edges of the screen showing different colours. Not worth the cost ?
