โ โ โ โ โ We had left our bag behind on a bus with keys we were stranded without. Even though it was after the end of the day, Lisa went out of her way making calls to drivers to locate it and get it for us. Thanks Lisa.

โ โ โ โ โ Conny who works in the rental area of the remarkables is just rude. I had people comment while I was standing there about how bad her customer service. She was not customer focused. Most people there were hopeless to be honest. Quite disappointed. They need to be trained better.

โ โ โ โ โ The bus service during school holiday season is inadequate. We purchased three days worth of bus passes, but after the first day we hired a car. We waited in line from 8:05 for 35 minutes and no buses came (supposed to be one every 20 min). The line was already 100 pax deep. We got a taxi instead, then watched as buses did not arrive until after 10:30 up the mountain. If you want to stand in the cold for hours, buy their service. I'd recommend hiring a car, which we did in the end.

โ โ โ โ โ The services was good but the lines were way too long. We waited over 2 hours from getting the pass and waiting for a bus. They only had two people on the counter in Queenstown for a line that was way out the door.

โ โ โ โ โ Didnโt realise buses finished going up at 12 and missed it by 10 minutes. Asked if we could get a refund for transport and were told no. Was not given any other option or helpfulness from 2 employees. On day 1 the staff member in the office did not tell us the buses finished at a certain time, only start time. Another classic example of a money making business. Thank you for ruining our Queenstown holiday and final day of skiing.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff here are very helpful, they searched the bus and had my binding strap waiting for me in lost property after the screws came loose and it fell off while on the bus ride up to Coronet. They saved the day with what would have been a season ruining experience. Can't thank them enough.
Also the ski passes keep track of all your runs for the day which is fun to look through at the end of the day and compare your stats.

โ โ โ โ โ Last skiing day of my NZ birthday trip, decided to check out Coronet peak after 5 amazing days at Cardrona Alpine Resort.
Conditions, although clear the entire slope was ice, solid from top to bottom and not enjoyable at all.
We completed 1 run and asked for a credit to use in the store or to come back another time and multiple staff members and management told us it was not their problem and that we should just wait till after 2pm till the ice melted.
Left with a very sour taste even after offering to keep the money in their business and spend it in the ski store on the mountain but was not "policy".
Spoke to the manage at the head office in town and only after mentioning that the team at Cardrona were happy to refund us for a shuttle bus that was 15min late did the manager transfer our money on to our lift pass to use in their stores on mountain. Not only was it possible, the staff on mountain lied to me saying it was impossible to use as an in store credit.
Already booked my next ski trip with Cardrona Alpine resort and would punish anyone by recommending this horrible money focused business that is Coronet Peak/The Remarkables/Mt Hutt.

โ โ โ โ โ We always manage to get there in the middle of the day, when it is quiet, to arrange the following day's skiing. That means we get really good advice and service from the staff in the centre. The ability to arrange everything here, with the advice on reducing costs and making things easier, to then just make your way to the fields and collect your kit is great. We have our own clothing etc, but collect equipment at the top. We also bus to remarkables, rather than drive, but feel fine driving to Coronet Peak.
Head into the centre to get some really good, friendly advice and collect your passes.
