★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience - did the full day wineries tour and it was a perfect way to visit Arrowtown, go to some amazing wineries and see beautiful Otago scenery! The bike path was great - just the right length and easy to follow, and incredible views all along. Great service offered where you are picked up at a winery of your choice at the end of the day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great day out. We did the trip from Arrowtown back to Queenstown, and we included a stop for lunch at the Gibbston Valley winery. The day out was great value for money, the scenery incredible, and the team at Round the Basin were super friendly and the bikes were comfy and we had no issues. Highly recommend, and would definitely do again when we are back in town! Next time we might try the e bikes and save our legs a bit!

Staff were amazing, transfers to and from drop off points were very well organized, and it was just such a fun day using the e-bikes to visit the wineries. Highly recommend for any age-group - anyone can manage this with an e-bike! Will definitely be back to do this again next time we're in Queenstown

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic day out on the trails doing the Arrowtown to Queenstown ride 35km. We hired conventional mountain bikes and they were great - felt safe and secure on them. Shuttle service was useful for us as well. Helpful and friendly staff which made the whole experience that much better. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Thank you to Lisa the owner who took us out to the start and to Josh for driving us back and he's such cool young person living his best life and his customer service, friendliness was outstanding!
