★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst business EVER! Bought a product off them with 1 years warranty, when I finally got around to using it after a few months they were faulty!! I sent numerous emails, most would go unanswered so ended up ringing them!! A much better way to get them to communicate even if they do try to tell you bullsh*t! Moral of the story is the best way to deal with them is by ringing or even better go in store if you can otherwise they will just ignore or lie to you. After 3 weeks of emails and phone calls I finally got my money refunded...Even if it took them almost a week from the time they said they would give me my money back until I actually got it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received great customer service the other day. Ultimate PC's computer technician provided great customer service and helped me to solve lots of problems. My computer was totally death and the screen was broken. The IT technician gave me the important advice and fixed all the problem for me. He is fantastic and informative. Next time if I have any IT problems, I will definitely come back again. Thanks a lot!!!
