I don't consider myself a difficult customer but again I was not happy with the pixel quality of this first replacement. They were very understanding and offered me a second replacement which they inspected before dispatch. Very happy with my experience and my new laptop :).

β β β β β I would like to give them more stars, but can't so, a full five stars for the outstanding customer service that I have received, from the moment they answered the phone, until the lengthy resolve of a premium laptop that failed. I have received platinum service from every person on there team, bar none. outstanding and I can and do highly recommend them .
Just Laptops, have gone far beyond the call of duty to resolve the issue that the machine had. I will be using them for as much as I can, in the future.

β β β β β Great guys, honest customer service. I had bought two laptops from them years ago which was reasonably priced and put together fast (I had it custom built). But what makes the difference for me is their honest service. Recently, when I had a laptop taken to them with a bricked bios problem, they immediately knew what I was talking about (many stores had no idea) and because they couldn't immediately do it themselves they directed me to another place that could. That is honesty which I appreciate and you can't buy. Really appreciate it and I highly recommended them.

β β β β β Second day with my new laptop and so far so good. Bought mine online. Wasn't sure at first but decided to take the plunge after reading many good reviews. Fast shipping. Item as packed and shipped out the day after placing order and would have arrived on the third day if not for the courier taking time off over the New Year holidays.
In any case, am I glad I found JustLaptops. The shop carries laptops with good selection of specs unlike the limited range on offer in the usual big electronics chains. Prices relatively competitive by NZ standards although, like many things in NZ, not as competitive as what I can find overseas during my travels (i.e. I can buy for my personal use during my travels - cannot wait for border to reopen).
Not a complaint but just a suggestion in relation to the online shop. Maybe I was confused about the shipping. Website mentions "free" and something about staff will open box and take picture. Turns out I was charged shipping on checking out but I paid without making a fuss since the shipping fee is a small percentage of the value of the product. Don't know the stuff about staff opening box and taking picture - which does not matter to me as I think it would be a rather strange thing to do.
