I know it's at an airport but these days there is no real excuse for poor quality or service. Food was average and the hot food we ordered was served cold. The coffee was weak and insipid, the fact that it was black was the only redeeming feature. The service was robotic with no engagement, until they realized they forgot a part of our order then they came too life, but a bit late unfortunately. The Coffee Culture downstairs is worth the walk, trust me.

Terrible service and rude woman. I asked for a caramel slice which she dropped on the floor (within the paperbag) and then gave it to me. Said I didn't want that one as it was dropped. Was told well it was in the paper bag. Was rude when I told her I wanted another one. Threw that one on the bench and got me another. Told her she was not very professional and got a grunt. Went back past and she had put it back into the cabinet. Have taken the number and will try contact their office. 6pm 1/7/2019.

I don't expect the best coffee experience at an airport cafe, but this was absolutely terrible. First the staff forgot our order and came to ask us what it was after we'd been sitting there for about five minutes (while they weren't busy), then they brought me the wrong coffee before asking again what I had ordered and finally giving me a coffee that was still not what I asked for. In the end I returned the flat white to them because it was watery and very weak. They asked if I would like another one, I declined and asked if I could have my money back (over five dollars). The staff member said she'd have to call her manager who didn't work at the airport. I walked away.

Having a captive audience at an airport is no excuse for the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The was next to no-one in the shop, yet we had to wait 25mins for a croissant and mini pizza from the cabinet to be heated. When it finally arrived, it was shoved across the table at us without any comment whatsoever about the delay. Despite this, I thought I'd give them another chance & get a cold croissant to take on the flight. It came back heated up 5mins later. Underground Coffee - I strongly suggest you provide some better training and support to your staff, because what I experienced this morning is simply unacceptable

We had the bagel & egg sandwiches, they were good and warmed up nicely. The cappuccino was fine and Emma who took my order was friendly. It took about 5-7 minutes for everything to be ready and that was expected. No issues. And I'd certainly eat here again.

Absolutely terrible coffee, got a couple of takeaways before going through the gate, we had to throw them out, just un-drinkable. Underground Coffee shouldn't allow a business like this to operate under their brand.

Terrible- dry and almost burnt croissant. Never been good here with food or presentation.

Terrible establishment. Rude staff. Ordered a cold wrap, waited 10 minutes. Watched someone else walk up and order the same thing and was given it within 5 seconds. Seriously?
