Waited 30minutes for takeaway coffee (no exaggeration). Waitress was friendly. But this is an airport, would have expected service to be a bit faster...

I read the reviews after I had placed my order and paid. If I'd read them beforehand I'd have gone elsewhere. However... So. The service was fine, good without being exceptionally good. The food was delivered quickly, possibly because only about half the tables were occupied. The food was perfectly acceptable, a decent sized burger with a good whack of ingredients, fries with two sauces, all good. The poor ratings are a bit of a mystery to me. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's at the airport and there are no bargains to be found here.

Very poor and slow service, tried to charge me twice for some fries, would not recommend at all. Save your money and time, you are better off going to relay and buying some prepackaged food. Number 8? More like number 10?

Worse than really average, over cooked eggs, under cooked bacon on what was ment to be toast but was warm bread. At least the butter was soft. Someone needs to learn how to cook

Slow service and disgusting nachos. No avocado, sour cream etc…to be told they had β€˜run out’. Just chips, beef mince and cheese. Complaints fell on deaf ears. Now I know how Gordon Ramsay feels on Kitchen Nightmares. Now I have reflux; the nachos that keep on giving. Never again! I would give it zero stars if I could. Proceed with extreme caution.

The kumara chips and staff saved you from a 1 star rating... Lucky I was hungry so pulled the rotten lettuce and tomatoe off my chicken burger, the guacamole was way past it's used by date. Front of house staff / service was ?. Fish was ok.

Awful. Eggs Benny. Rubbery, cold and one not cooked, toast not toasted and bread uncuttable and overly chewy, spinach last week's, cutlery blunt. Service from wait person cheerful and coffee not too bad. Food doesn't deserve a star today

They get a star for the coffee and a star for the service but I warn you know, avoid the breakfast items at all costs! I paid $8.90 for a breakfast melt, expecting that they would make a fresh version of the display item. Instead I received the reheated display item, complete with dry, crisp, reheated lettuce and chewy egg (pretty sure that's what it would be like to eat a rubber ball). I didn't dare try the muffin underneath. Very disappointing.
