β β β β β Their staff were so helpful and friendly. Had to get passport pics. Despite not getting the right specs first time round, it was absolutely no issue for the girls to get it right when I had to take the pics back and get another photo.
Have been in a few times now, and although they didn't have what I went in for? They got the stock in (kids probiotics), literally the next day

β β β β β Someone needs to teach your staff member "Usha" better customer service.
Went to pay and she argued with me because I was paying with cash, what the hell!??? She says since the lockdown they don't accept cash which is absolute lies because I've been paying cash this whole time and none of the other staff have argued with me because of it. Not only that, NOWHERE was it advertised they're only accepting cards. She was absolutely rude and kept telling me "'next time pay with card" obviously I would have if I wasn't still waiting for my new card to arrive in the MAIL!!

β β β β β 11-11-21 Received a text confirming a prescription ready for collection. Before heading in to collect I check opening hours 9pm closing. I arrive shy of 5:30pm and roller doors are half shut and lights out. I call twice to no answer. While walking away I hear roller doors, I turn to see a female staff rushing to close the roller doors and walk away quickly. I turn back getting her attention and questioning why the pharmacy had closed so early when signage states 9pm closing and online saying the same. Her reply, only THIS week it is closing at 5:30pm???? I emphasize that online states 9:00pm closing. So opening hours are 9am-530pm Monday-Friday, to her confirming, Yes! RIDICULOUS!!!!!! ... either she is lying or your signage and online hours need to change. Waste my time!

β β β β β Literally have been coming to this pharmacy for small things since I was a kid and never have I ever had such bad customer service. The plaza as you can imagine is very quiet during the week so there was no line at all so to get attention was very quick and easy. That wasnβt my complaint it was more or less the lady that had attended to me today. While I was waiting at the front she signalled me to come to the counter where she was sorting another customers documents out. Since I was in the plaza shopping I thought Iβd make an inquiry about passport photos and if they do it during level 3. When going towards her she made no eye contact with me and hadnβt asked why I came so I stood in silence for a second and the asked if they did ID photos. She just suddenly said no. Just no..nothing else while just not looking at me and just sorting her documents other customers documents out (mind you there was no one there so there was no reason for her to feel like sheβs overwhelmed) and then I asked βoh so they donβt here?β And then she gave me another short no while still
Looking down not acknowledging that Iβm right thereβ¦no advice on a alternative,no website or reference to look too..just a noβ¦ the real thing that grinds my gears is if sheβs doing the same rude attitude to senior who mainly go into the pharmacy.. are they treated the same way? Would you want your elder father,mother,uncle,Aunty to be treated like that and not have a say?β¦ I think not..although it was a short interaction and I got the answer fast..you donβt treat other people like especially with others mental state during lockdown with such rude attitude. I will never come back to this place and with the lady in particular . I hope arenβt treating our senior citizens that same way. Thank you no thank you goodbye.
