★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed with Unichem Greerton. The Postshop moved here and I went to courier parcels. The que was very long at the Postshop and my 2.5 year old who is busy with toilet training had to go to the toilet. As a couple of weeks before while picking up medicine from another Unichem, they allowed the little one to use the toilet, so I got out of the que at the Postshop to ask if my little one can quickly go. I was promptly told in unison by the staff that I cannot use the toilet, causing me to take my little one 3 blocks down the road to the public toilet. Needless to say it was too late and my little one went in his pants, thanks Unichem staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned a sunvisor which was to big never worn still had tags and receipt they refused to give me a refund had to take a credit which now means I have to buy something I don't actually want just to use it very disappointed

After both of us searching including at the pharmacy counter, we spotted it amongst the cue of people wating inline for Postal services. Not good enough. This should be at the door & easily accessible.
