★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disappointing experience . I bought some 3-6 months sandels for my little girl, and was in a little of a rush when i bought it as we were going to hamilton. The lady was helpful at the counter as she helped me removed the tags from the shoes and i asked her to throw the receipt away aswell. I went back the next day as the shoes were just to small and i just wanted a bigger size. The same lady helped me and remembered me from the day before , i showed her my bank statement. She was pretty rude in saying that i needed the tags i said sorry and that i just need a size up in the same shoe style. She kept repeating that i needed to keep the tags. It was a lot of money for the sandels and becsuse i just bought it the day before i ecpected to get it exchanged. Will never go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, horrible staff. One staff member even rolled her eyes at me. I already struggle with social anxiety and this was my first time picking up a prescription. This experience made me feel awful. Do not recommend. Also many products they are selling are expired. Definitely check expiry dates when purchasing (if you can deal with grumpy stuff huffing long enough to purchase anything)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a query about a product - first time to this pharmacy. Sales person not that interested in helping but did eventually address my questions. Took me to a product that was $42 dollars. I had already bought it from chemist warehouse the day before for $26.99.Chemist warehouse is free prescriptions too. Not sure how this pharmacy justifies such a high markup. Unlikely to return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently provides appalling customer service. Living rurally, I like to limit my trips into town however this pharmacy has made it impossible to do so. Regardless of calling the day before arrival or confirmation via email I’ll be in to collect my prescription giving time to order, it is never actually ordered until I show up in person, requiring further delay as my prescriptions need to be delivered overnight. Absolutely terrible communication, I’ve given this pharmacy too many chances. The pharmacist are not apologetic when they could’ve prevented delays on acquiring my prescription. As I came to leave a review, I see I’m not the only one with only terrible experiences to talk about. I’m honestly just so disgusted with the constant lack of care for customers.
