★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mum who is 78 years old and was having some issues with her balance decided to pop into the local pharmacy to ask about it and the Pharmacist took such great care of her, took her time to make sure she covered all aspects of my Mum's health and she even gave my Mum a much needed hug! What a lovely gesture of kindness and professionalism - Thank you to the wonderful team! Keep up the amazing work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff need training in the meaning of Service. I walked in today at 3:56pm and choose the product I wanted. Walked up to the counter waited a minute or so when the girl at the till said she would be with me shortly and walked off. She did not communicate with other staff to say there was a customer waiting. There were several staff in the shop, some counting stock and chatting. After about 5 minutes another customer walked in and was immediately served by one of the other staff. I remained completely ignored, so they lost my custom.
