β β β β β So minimum wage went up today and so did the price of a filled roll. Was $5 now $5.50. The rolls are small and not worth more than $5. it would make more sense to go to subway better fillings for the price. This shop has been a standard for me on the way to work. But due to the price hike i will make my own. See ye stoke bakery. good mushroom quiche needs more salt but. Who cooks eggs without salt? So long be good up until today. just not worth it anymore.. $510. would have been ok. don't gouge people. lost custom..

β β β β β Friendly staff but the most disgusting pies I've ever eaten, could only eat 1 bite of pie and barely touch the sausage roll. Pastry tastes old and dry, pie filling was horrid. Never going there again

β β β β β The staff were friendly but we found the food middle of the road. It could have been an off day, but the food was a little bland and a couple of the items weren't the freshest. There were lots of people there though which is generally an indicator of good food. Just perhaps not today.

β β β β β This is great and friendly staff!! We were only casual tourists and we get a good chat and a lovely homey feeling . Of course we had a great pepper steak pie and a delicious apple turnover with real apple pieces. Yummy!!! This place deserves a second , a third β¦ visit to try all the goodnesses
