A older staff member from this pharmacy asked to put cellotape on A paper bag that my partner was holding While she and her niece were shopping In the store in case they shop lifted anything. Needless to say they or any of our family Will ever set foot in that pharmacy again.

Can't wait until my repeat prescription is finally filled so I can go elsewhere. Terrible communication. Seems to be new people working here every week. I won't be back.

Always a long wait for scripts unless you call it in earlier /drop off. Average wait time is 30+ mins, even if they say 10-20mins.

Worst service I've received anywhere. Dropped in a script, was told 10 minutes, store wasn't busy (staff standing idle). Gave them 15 and returned and got told to wait. Pointed out I'd just collected my mum from hospital, and she was waiting in the car in the hot sun and asked how much longer it'd be - got told 10 minutes. Gave them another 15 and came back, script still not ready. 10 minutes later script finally ready, no apology - but staff out the back talking about "well I didn't say 10minutes" etc etc. If they were so busy they needed 40+minutes they should've said.

I appreciate the busy times nowadays but don't appreciate the attitude I just received from the older person at the counter. Pretty disappointed at the service. To clarify, the person who showed attitude was behind the counter and on the till getting obviously frustrated at the computer; the pharmacist who came into the conversation about mid-way actually helped me and with no attitude

I have been going to this pharmacy for close to ten years due to having limited accessibility. The pharmacists are very professional, however, some of the other staff can be very rude, condescending and often talk down to me. On Friday I went to pick up a new script which had an increase in dosage. I tried to ask the staff member a question about my dosage. Instead of allowing me to speak to a pharmacist, she ignored me. Her colleague then asked me to step out of the way so she could serve another customer. I never found out the answer. I think I would rather get the free scripts at Countdown as they don't seem snobby there. When I have been able to speak with a pharmacist here, they are always very helpful to deal with.

Came in late on Monday last minute, they kept the whole store open just to get my script through, which really mattered. Much appreciated, bunch of absolute CHAMPIONS

I will NEVER shop in this chemist again. I experienced covert discrimination by a 6ft 4, young, blonde male store detective who followed me around and watched me intensely whilst I selected my Afro hair products. His behaviour was obvious and when I confronted him, his response was insulting to my intelligence. He said he was, β€œLooking for safety pins” Oh really? On the Afro hair shelves where hair creams and hair extensions are placed? As an adult educator who earns a decent salary, and being a black woman from London, I am angry that I must be subjected to this stores colour bias as a customer. My message to the manager of this store is this: treat all your customers of colour with fairness and respect. Do not make negative judgements or assumptions based on people’s skin colour that you deem as threatening to protect your business. The Afro hair industry has products that are expensive, and if I couldn’t afford it, I would not buy it. If the store manager feels threatened enough to hire a store detective that floats around the Afro hair products THEN DONT SELL IT! It’s that simple. You are destroying the customer’s experience and you will get a bad rep in the community. In future, I will get my hair products by post from Auckland. I do not care for your condescending response to my review. Damage has been done.
