A five star is given for the exceptional customer service I ALWAYS get from THE loveliest, most helpful person in this pharmacy...Gayle is her name. Always goes above and beyond to help me. Now that there is a change of ownership we won't have to deal with the rude and abrupt female pharmacist owner....maybe that she's retired now she'll be a bit happier! Well done Gayle...in my opinion you save this business.

This place gets pretty much everything right. In my experience, nearly every single staff member is fantastic at their job and will treat you like a dignified human being. As some of the other reviews have expressed however, one of the pharmacists seems to struggle with showing empathy when serving customers. The vast majority of the people that work here are empathetic and caring, but the pharmacist in question seemed to miss that memo. She should also look at interaction checkers before making prohibitive statements on combinations that aren't actually unsafe, at least according to multiple other qualified pharmacists that didn't dismiss my request without knowing for sure. Kindness, or at least faking empathy, goes a long way in customer service. 5 stars, because I don't think it's fair that one staff member should be able to affect the reputation of an otherwise satisfactory business to this extent. I hope she is aware that this is how she is perceived. Edit: she seems to be a lot nicer to me these days which is good. This place is all in all a solid pharmacy and I look forward to seeing the people that work there when I go in.

Nothing much to report. It is a pharmacy, although they don't have their holiday hours online and their voicemail refers to Westberry pharmacy which is confusing. Easy fix to put your operating hours online.

Really amazing service. The nurse went out of her way to help with a flu shot for our kids (even coming in when she was off work! ).

Disgusting service. I have a mask exemption asked to wait at front whilst everyone else even really sick people got temperature taken and let in. But we could not go in, not even offered opportunity to have temperature taken. No reason for such discrimination when I was perfectly well. Big fail ladies. This stuff will be remembered in the future.

I called the Pharmacy, was asked to hold. Please note I could hear the staff talking to customers though the phone (names and all). I was able to hear everything clearly. I had been waiting for a few mins when I hear one staff member say to the person who had told me to hold "is there someone on this line" and they replied no and I then got disconnected. I can understand it might have been busy but they could have at least checked the phone itself to see if anyone was on the line. It might also be good to consider a proper hold system as the fact that I could hear peoples names and details via the phone is probably not good.

It's entirely possible that this is a one off and not indicative of the usual standard of service and courtesy afforded to customers, but I was greeted by a very hostile and openly rude member of staff when attempting to pick up RATs at the back entrance as instructed. I tried to give the staff member the benefit of the doubt and attempted to make light of the initial interaction only for her to double down on the rudeness, which confirmed to me that I hadn't misread the encounter. I understand that it must be frustrating when people don't see your signs, but surely you have to ask yourself if you're constantly having to point them out to the extent that you can't do it without being rude, whether they're visible enough in the first place. I will also accept the possibility that a customer facing role might not have been the best career move for this particular member of staff. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you really don't have a choice.
