Manager of the store was amazing during current Level 2 COVID lockdown and sold masks to customers at a loss (we were charged $59 when they get them in for $85). Absolutely selfless display of good will. Highly recommend this pharmacy to others.

My favorite Chemist! The best employees and managers around. Great service and a great selection of products available for all you needs whether it be gifts, medicine or for your beauty and medical needs.

They should explain better that you can't return dietary supplements. The manager explained the reason why, and I did understand it was for safety reasons. Friendly staff, but won't go here again, overpriced.

The staff on the floor are Ok, but the so called more 'qualified staff' seem to have very little time for the customer. The shop has 3 Counter's so I didn't know where to stand but I figured it didn't matter because it took another 11 minutes to get served & I'm sure I was the only person in the entire store. There seems to be a lot of staff @ this Chemist but not enough Pharmacists. To be fair though, there's a huge shortage of Pharmacists all over NZ & it isn't this Pharmacies fault. A deal needs to be struck up with these guys, the Pharmacists, b4 they leave NZ.

I had a sour experience last night, I arrived there on the 12th of April at 4:30pm, I wanted to get a RAT test since I was travelling to the USA, I have read on the US government site that the test can be done 1 day in advance, so when I arrived there the owner asked me when was my flight and I answered it was on the 13th at 8pm, so she told me she couldn’t get the test since I wasn’t on the “24 hr” frame the government required, I insisted, and I told her I have read the information and it was 1 day before the flight and not 24 hours as she was stating, anyways, I insisted and got the test done, guess what.. I was right because I’m about to fly home :) I must say the owner was pretty rude and mostly stubborn, she even said: I’m a pharmacist and I know this information by heart, I have read it a millions times, it is a mandate from the nz government…Yeah right, apparently not dear lady! FYI for flights to Australia: the test has to be done 24 hours before the flight BUT for flights to the US it can be done ANYTIME the day before… dear owner, if you don’t know the information, please don’t be stubborn and google it, it just take a couple of clicks! Unless you want to loose more customers :) have a lovely day

I had a prescription faxed here on 30/05. Went to pick it up on 02/06 and it still hadn’t been done. I was annoyed because I was under the impression that it would be done and I did not have time to wait 20 minutes for it to be made up. The lady gave me an excuse for it not being done but this did not add up. So, I asked for the prescription to be handed back to me so I could take it to a different pharmacy. The lady gave me a print out with someone else’s prescription printed on the other side! This is so unprofessional and not acceptable. Will never be returning to this pharmacy.
