โ โ โ โ โ Really disappointed that the after hours surcharge applies to children's medicine. It's stressful enough to have sick children without the extra cost. Staff really defensive about it, didn't care at all.

โ โ โ โ โ I suffer from a very painful condition called CHRONIC REGIONAL PAIN SYNDROME which rates a 47 on the world pain scale of 50.... 47/50 it is very hard to control the type of pain I am in daily and it has spread to my entire body in the three years I've had it. I was on my way back from a meeting with an acc assessment officer in Wellington and still had 45 minutes from my chemist to home to go, it was 7pm (an hour from closing) so I called in to pick up my pain medication to save the hour and a half round trip in the morning. Unfortunately I met with a very unfriendly and very rude Pharmacist who told me YES THE MEDICATION IS HERE BUT I AM THE ONLY ONE ON..... SO NO!!! IM NOT!! DOING YOUR SCRIPT YOU CAN COME BACK AND GET IT IN THE MORNING. Her tone was nasty none caring and for someone getting paid to work the last hour of her Job (which is to fill scripts) quite like she no longer has compassion for people trying desperately to live with conditions like mine Nicknamed (The suicide disease) and should probably be fired. This woman brought me to tears and left me feeling distressed causing my condition more pain. JENNIFER LlOYD Show some compassion do your job that's why your there or simply LEAVE. YOUR A BULLY!!! And I'm unimpressed and shocked with your mean, nasty and uncalled for behavior ???

โ โ โ โ โ Someone should really mention to customers who have babies that are starting on omeprazole to order the repeats in the morning and not the afternoon. This information would have been really handy to me as my babyโs reflux started to play up and the guy on the phone said Iโd have to wait 2 hours for them to make it up because they get busy in the afternoon and have heaps of other prescriptions that come in at that time. I also couldnโt pick it up in 2 hours so will have to collect it the next day. Wonโt be taking scripts here again.

โ โ โ โ โ Went in to do my sons prescription an hour before closing and went up to the counter where I was greeted with a rude attitude from one of their young staff. I usually go during the day where the staff are very friendly and helpful so this was the first time id been met with such a rude attitude where she just took the script (didnโt even look at me) and said 20min wait (like she didnโt want to be there)

โ โ โ โ โ Nothing less than appalled by the dismissive and condescending attitude I received from staff just prior to midday today when picking up my daughterโs medication. Go and get another bloody job if CUSTOMERS coming to get medication for SICK LOVED ONES are too much trouble for ya. This is far from the first time either. This pharmacy is a disgrace to the TAXPAYER FUNDS it receives to clip the ticket for after hours prescriptions.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the ladies called me rude for coming in CLOSE to closing. I'm sorry if my emergency infection was an inconvenience to you leaving work on the dot. I'm the one who had to stay up all night in pain because she wouldn't sell me the antibiotics. Don't understand how you could have workers who clearly don't care about others and their health
