★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst pick up experience ever. Only one staff working slowly at pick up point, she cannot stop talking with other staff while a long waiting line just standing in front of her. Also, there is NO one can see the long waiting line. They just keep talking, talking…… There is no customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for click and collect. Very disappointed there were no baby seat trolleys or trolleys for 2 children. Very hard to take 2 kids especially one baby and a toddler by yourself. I asked at customer services if they had any trolleys with a baby seat and was told 'we have one.... haven't seen it in over a week' . Had to put my baby in a child seat and hold her whilst holding toddler hand and pushing trolley, whilst juggling my click and collect order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don’t know how to explain this, but this warehouse gives me weird vibes. i’m not sure why, i feel like its really small? or at least compared to the one at the base. layout is weird, but it’s a pretty decent warehouse
