They work there business like they in Middle East or something. I won’t recommend anyone going here. Keep away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a towbar and was told all wiring would be provided. Trailer Harness ecu was not included. Toyota NZ and Towbar installer confirmed it is required and towbar plig won’t work without it. Called wrecker who told me they are wrong and that no ecu is required. The ecu will still be on th car the towbar came from but they claimed it wasn’t even though the wiring has a plug that was connected to a trailer harness ecu. I ended up paying an extra $212 for the part from toyota. UNIAUTOPARTS ARE UNHELPFUL. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of other wreckers who will help you
