★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My firts time to try BNT for my flywheel to get machined and its a really bad exprience i drop off my flywheel at 8am and manager even told me to pick it up at 12pm so we agree and its already 1pm still no update for it so i decided to call them to ask if any update and they just put me on hold for 5mins and girl told me that she gonna check it and waited again and after that they just hang up on me and they didnt even try to call me back! So i decided to go there and manager told me that flywheel is not ready cause they sort of staff which is not even my fault why they accept my flywheel if they cant really do it and they even send it to otahuhu branch and they cant even do it there my customer need the car by 5pm today cause he got a drag racing the next day and i have to adjust everything because of this!!! I paid double of the amount that i normally pay because of them and they didnt even say anything for it! They should not accept anything if they know that they cant do it and they should call me earlier that they cant do it so i have a chance to find someone who can machined my flywheel better ...they waste my time and money going everywhere cause they even drop off my flywheel to otahuhu and i need to pick it up myself!!! Not really good and 100% not gonna reccomend BNT eastamaki!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned to ask for pricing and availability on a few items and was told without a rego, they couldn't help me. I had chassis information but as the vehicle was not complied I did not have a registration. Totally disappointed in the quality of their staff as no one seemed the slightest bit willing to do anything for me unless they had been given everything on a silver platter.
