β β β β β Excellent. Onto it team, fast, efficient and excellent communication. Lynley & Ian kept me across what was going on (insurance claim), and had assessed, and replaced my laptop in 2 days. There seems to be some negative posts here, I guess everyone's experience is individual, though I cannot fault. Job well done. Thank you.

β β β β β If I could do -100 stars that would be more accurate! THE WORST computer company I have ever had to deal with. They are incredibly slow, rude, and have lied on more than one occasion. Will not give my property back because THEY made a mistake and repaired it after they had had been told directly to cancel the insurance claim. Honestly they are the biggest joke.

Well I'm glad you've finally read my review 2 years from when I first posted. Just goes to prove exactly what I said about your company being incredibly slow. I had spoken to you directly and told you that I didn't want to go ahead with the repair as I had decided to upgrade my phone anyway but your workers continued on to repair the phone after I explicitly said send it back to me. The man I spoke to (sorry I don't remember his name as it was 2 YEARS AGO) tried to blame it on someone on the insurance company but I told him directly to cancel the claim. Convenient that the call logs got 'deleted' from your side. Anyway after being told that the only way you'd send it back is if you would smash it back up to the original state, I have to say this was the most bizarre and difficult claim I have ever had. Judging by the other reviews I am most definitely not the only one to have had such a poor service.

β β β β β I've read previous reviews and was in doubt, should I give them my phone to fix it or not. But I decided to did it and I have no regrets.
Perfect communication!
Tried to call me, then left me a Voice Mail message and then Email me.
Repaired the screen of my iPhone for 4 working days.
Got my phone back on next day after repairing.
In my conclusion, fully recommend them!

β β β β β Had a fantastic experience, service was super fast and the communication was awesome. They could not fix my water damaged laptop, however a new one was sent in a matter of days and all of my university work was able to be transferred over. Very happy and highly recommend!

β β β β β i brought my MSi gaming laptop to UniWay for repair on the 15th of April as part of an insurance claim. i was told may the 4th the laptop repair would be done by the in 5-10 days, i contacted uniway asking about the status of the repair and did not receive a reply until the 20th, i was then told they were waiting for the part to come and the laptop should be repaired by next week. i was then told on the 2nd of June that the laptop would not be ready until another week. i followed this up on 8th of June and the tech said that didn't know when it would be ready to pick up. The laptop was then ready on the 11th to be picked up. This is almost 2 months, i was very disappointed in the service at uniway. Abhay who is a senior claims manger at uniway told me different stories over the phone, it went from "we are replacing the motherboard" to "our tech is trying to fix some pins" then to a part is coming from oversees". After getting the laptop back i noticed there was a repair sticker on the back, showing that the laptop was not repaired by uniway. i was never informed that the laptop would be repaired somewhere else, if uniway was unable to complete they should of said from the start instead of attempting a repair that would not working and forcing the process to take 2 months.
i would recommend to be carful when using uniway they dont reply to emails and service desk is trash.
