โ โ โ โ โ I purchased a phone and had great service but as soon as it got to trying to get a phone number released from my work and put onto a new account, everything went wrong. Nobody in store could give me the right information. I was given different advice and instruction every time I went back in store. When I finally got given a phone number to get it sorted, the people on the phone were very confused as to why this couldn't be done in store and managed to sort the issue in five minutes.. The person who gave me the phone number in store also told me I would end up with two options, neither of which were offered and both of which were much more difficult than what was done.

โ โ โ โ โ Went with a friend to help her with her account and new to her a mobile phone. As we are both elderly not very familiar with the device. The help we got was amazing from Tisab Islam. His patience and the time he gave us was above and beyond our expectations. A very kind helpful patient young man we went away all sorted out and happy.

When i had a problem with my old iPhone, she tried to sort it out quick and nicely for me. Finally she found easy way for me. I am so happy client. She is professional and competent in her work.??
