Went into the Albany branch on 15/01/2020 to try and change a plan and get a phone for my partner. Gained some good information once the sales person understood what I was asking. However, when my partner asked to buy the phone outright the sales person changed his persona and became really pushy about buying it through one of the plans even after my partner said that was definitely what he didn't want to do because he was over having to pay things off especially if he had the money right then and there. We were then told that if we wanted to buy the phone outright Vodafone doesn't do it and we would have to go to Noel Leeming or JB Hi-Fi. So we said ok but we would like to change our plans to save a bit of money and he asked us "what's the point in changing you're not getting anything better". Being completely put off we left without anything and took our business somewhere else. Came back the next day because we still had problems with our accounts and refused to see the same guy but the other guy who helped us was extremely helpful and fixed it all for us within seconds! Amazing customer service from him but the day before has still left a sour taste in our mouth.

I went to the Albany store to buy a replacement iPhone for a three year old one. The sales guy asked for my phone number and β€˜checked the account’ on a pc. He then told me I could not buy a phone without the account holders agreement. Another sales man entered the discussion. I felt humiliated and phoned my husband and asked him to speak to the sales guy. There was an assumption that I wanted a phone through some account deal - I did not ask for this - I was prepared to spend nearly $1000 on a new phone, that is all. I was outraged by both men’s assumption that this had anything to do with an account or asking for my husbands permission. How antiquated and outrageous. I left the store and bought the phone with minimal fuss from Noel Leeming.

The worst Vodafone shop. 3 staff members, one was sitting with a costumer the other one just sitting on the computer. After 35 min of waiting I got sick of waiting. that questions me if IΒ΄m with the right provider. I`m really disappointed!!!

I was there this morning to buy a new iPhone want to pay for it straight away but the salesman spoke to another salesman there after I told him I wanted to buy the phone outright but he said I had to put it on a 36 monthly and I said I didn’t want to and asked to speak to the manager which they didn’t even go and get him when I asked for him this is a good way to lose customer’s I would have rather have the store manger ring instead of me sending a email

I ordered an iPhone 13 pro online but it was opened after I received it. I contacted the customer service and wanted to solve it. The customer service told me to go to the nearest store to change it. I went to Albany mall Vodafone around 12 pm. There was a sales called dular who had a very bad attitude and He didn't give me any advice his attitude is very bad and they look at me with strange eyes! Really really bad service! I hope that every sales can treat customers well even though they may not be able to solve the problem

This guy named Ben simply refused to serve because they were closing in like 15-20 minutes. That’s so frustrating.

Was there during Shopping Malls late night, it was after 7pm, they had two staff on, both serving customers and 2 others customers in the queue. I am new to Vodafone and I did not mind waiting but still, I ended up leaving after standing for 25 mins and queue not seem to be moving. If Vodafone has Endless data/half price promotion, they should put more staff on deck to serve customers due to expected increase in demand due to the special. Unfortunately they have lost me as a new customer. Both staff there were working hard but they also looked very tired if not exhausted. Two other customer in front of me also left as they were also sick of waiting. One other thing I noticed was that both customers being served were singing up to new accounts; the counter was very small which means there was no privacy to personal information as two different families were virtually standing next to each other, not to mention they were also standing for more than 30mins while being served. - yet there were empty tables and chairs in the shop not being utilised. Might as well go to Noel Leeming to sign up. Not good direct impression as a new customer to Vodafone.
