β β β β β My husband purchased a genuine leather hide handbag from this store for my birthday in November. It cost approx $90 plus postage. Within 2 weeks the leather tassle had completely come undone and within 6 weeks the shoulder strap broke making the bag unusable. Being genuine leather and somewhat expensive i expected it to last much longer than 6 weeks and figured perhaps it may be faulty. I contacted the store with photos of the bag via FB messenger on 14 Dec to rectify the situation and received no response. I tried again to contact the store via their email approx a week later and still have received no response. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product and with the customer service i have received. Now i'm out of $100 and a handbag.

β β β β β I purchased a bag from Urban Gypsy and found that the quality is extremely poor quality. The first bag tore at the seams after just two weeks and the replacement bag which I was assured was 'better quality' lasted only a couple of months after lockdown when I started using it.
After explaining this to the business, the customer service was non-existent and they told me they could do nothing to help, despite there being significant visible damage to the bag and it not lasting long.
I recommend staying away from this shop and finding products elsewhere. Whilst the products look good and the prices are fairly low, the products will not last so it is not worth it.
